[Performance and characteristics]
1. This product is soluble in hot water and general organic solvents, and has good emulsification and lubrication properties;
2. This product has good emulsification effect on palm wax.
[Application]
Add the emulsifier into the palm wax, mix and heat it to melt. The emulsification dose is 25% of the palm wax. Pour 80~90 ℃ hot water into the mixture and stir it evenly. Keep it warm for 20~30 minutes, and cool it to form a concentrated emulsion with blue light. Generally, the solid content of wax lotion is 20-30%. (For reference)

【性能及特点】

【应 用】

将乳化剂加入棕榈蜡中，混合加热熔化，乳化剂量为棕榈蜡的25%，将80~90℃的热水倒入混合物中搅匀，保温20~30分钟，冷却即为带蓝光的浓乳状液。一般蜡乳液的含固量为20~30%。（供参考）

【包装与贮运】

200Kg铁桶、50Kg塑料桶包装。按一般化学品贮存和运输。贮存于干燥通风处。保质期二年。
