It is easily soluble in water and has excellent permeability. It does not affect the permeability above the cloud point. 2. As a penetrating agent in the textile industry, it can be used in sizing, desizing, scouring, bleaching, carbonization and other processes. It can be used as a penetrating agent for dyeing bath and finishing bath. 3. The leather industry can be used as penetrant and degreaser. 4. With strong wool washing ability, it is easy to remove all kinds of oil stains and soft to handle. [Application] 1. Penetrant: In various processes such as textile, printing and dyeing, finishing, etc., if anionic penetrant cannot be used, this auxiliary agent can be used, and the dosage is generally 1~5g/L. 2. Desizing: When biological enzyme desizing (starch sizing) is used, JFC can accelerate desizing, and the general dosage is about 0.1% of the liquid weight. 3. Chemical fiber scouring: When the acetate fiber and other synthetic fiber products are scoured, JFC2~5g/L and sodium chloride 5g/L are added to the scouring liquid to improve the scouring effect. 4. Wool cleaning: Penetrant JFC has the ability to wash wool, and will not remain on the wool after use, without yellowing and other defects, and the fiber feel is relatively soft. The penetrant can be used in neutral, alkaline or acidic environment, can be used together with soap in hard water, or can be used alone, and the temperature when used is 40~50 ¡æ. 5. Wool carbonization: penetrating agent JFC 0.5~1g/L can be added in wool carbonization, which can shorten the carbonization time, reduce the acid content and improve the carbonization effect.
