| [Chemical composition] It is composed of a variety of surfactants and co-emulsifiers [Technical indicators] Appearance: milky white solid Content: ¡Ý 99% PH value: 5.0~7.0 (1% aqueous solution) [Performance and characteristics] 1. This product is soluble in hot water and general organic solvents, and has good emulsification and lubrication properties; 2. This product has good emulsification effect on palm wax. [Application] Add the emulsifier into the palm wax, mix and heat it to melt. The emulsification dose is 25% of the palm wax. Pour 80~90 ¡æ hot water into the mixture and stir it evenly. Keep it warm for 20~30 minutes, and cool it to form a concentrated emulsion with blue light. Generally, the solid content of wax lotion is 20-30%. (For reference) [Packaging, storage and transportation] Packed in 200Kg iron bucket and 50Kg plastic bucket. Storage and transportation of general chemicals. Store in a dry and ventilated place. The shelf life is two years. |
