[Performance and Features]
1. This product is dispersed in hot water, soluble in common organic solvents, and has good emulsification and lubrication.
2. This product has good emulsifying effect on 58# paraffin. The paraffin emulsion prepared with this product is fine and stable, and can be widely used in fiberboard processing, textile and paper industry.
[To be used]
1. Under normal circumstances, for 58# paraffin, the solid content of wax emulsion (including paraffin and emulsifier) is 20%~30%, and the amount of emulsifier is 35% of paraffin. That is to prepare 100Kg 30% wax emulsion to 70Kg water, 23Kg paraffin wax and 7Kg emulsifier.
2, the preparation process: the metered water is heated to 80 ~ 90 ¡ã C; at the same time the metered emulsifier is added to the metered paraffin mixed heating and melting; then the mixture is added to the above hot water, stirred evenly, kept for 10min, cooling is the belt A concentrated emulsion of blue light. ¡¾Packing and Storage¡¿
Packed in 200Kg iron drum and 50Kg plastic drum. Stored and transported as general chemicals. Store in a dry, well-ventilated place. The warranty period is two years.
