| [Chemical Composition] Sodium Dioctyl Sulfosuccinate [Type] Anion [Technical Indicators] Appearance: Colorless to yellowish viscous liquid Permeability: <5 seconds (1% aqueous solution, 25 C) PH value: 4.0-7.0 (1% aqueous solution) [Performance and Application] 1. Soluble in water, milky white solution, not resistant to strong acid, alkali, heavy metal salts and reducing agents, fast and uniform penetration, good wettability, penetration, emulsification, foaming properties. The best penetration effect is below 40 C. It is easy to hydrolyze when alkali occurs at high temperature. It is suitable for the fabric to be treated with penetrant before heating up under 40 C. The penetrant T is not resistant to strong alkali and can not be directly added into concentrated alkali solution. The alkali solution should be diluted first and then added into penetrant T. 2. This product is a highly effective penetrant, used to treat cotton, linen, viscose and their blended products. The treated fabrics can be bleached or dyed directly without scouring, which can improve the dyeing defects caused by dead cotton and make the dyed fabrics feel softer and fuller. When the green billet is scoured and bleached, the dyestuff should be withdrawn first to ensure the penetration effect. 3. When the penetration agent T is used, if there is too much foam, a small amount of defoamer can be added, and GP or octanol or butyl phosphate can be used for defoaming. 4.
